Coiled Remains is a multiplayer map in the Brütal Legend add-on, Hammer of Infinite Fate.
Description[]
Although the Tainted Coil has long abandoned this excavation site, evidence of their foulness has been left behind. Ancient Titan stonework has been retracted, strapped and secured. A pernicious infestation has taken root here, and the bloody tentacles of a demon plagues have ensured that this once sacred Temple remains uninhabited.
Layout[]
This map contains six Fan Geysers, two of which are neutral. Each faction's Megastage starts with two Merch Booths.
The map is circular in shape, with a round pit divided by two large staircases that lead to the upper levels of the map. There are three paths to each stage. The most direct route is to go down the closest set of stairs and climb the staircase leading to the enemy stage.
Trivia[]
- The ground in this map bleeds when struck.
- The massive corpse pile seen in "Welcome to the Age of Metal", around which the Temple of Ormagöden is built, can be seen in the distance.
- The name Coiled Remains is an innuendo referencing dog excrement, which is typically coiled.
