The Horn Thrower is a location on the Western Continent that permits Eddie Riggs to edit Mount Rockmore as the player sees fit, using effigies purchased from Motor Forges.

It is located across the chasm from Mt. Rockmore, wedged between the chasm and Ironheade's encampment among the large stone hands raising towards the mountain, almost directly in front of it. It is distinguishable from the other hands in that it is larger and has stairs leading to the top of it. The Horn Thrower alters the rock face via electrocution.
